Cloud Warehouse Consulting will be providing support, modifications and product upgrades for all IntelliTrack locally installed products. It is important to note; the IntelliTrack hosted product support is being provided by IntelliTrack. IntelliTrack locally installed products include the DMS and WMS product lines.
The IntelliTrack DMS product line, includes Inventory, Stockroom, Check In-Out, Fixed Assets and Package Track. Mainstream support for the DMS product line will end December 31, 2020, however Cloud Warehouse Consulting will be providing extended support and modifications on a per incident basis beyond the end of mainstream support.
The IntelliTrack WMS product line, includes ISRP, WMS Standard and WMS Professional. the IntelliTrack WMS product line will be supported, modified and upgraded with mainstream support. ISRP customers are encouraged to upgrade to IntelliTrack WMS Standard to benefit from all the product enhancements scheduled for the IntelliTrack WMS product line.
